Race Weekend 2 - Oulton Park - September 5th

Quailifying: P3
Race 1: P4 with the leading pack, less than 2 seconds covered the top 4, and over 20 seconds ahead of the rest
Race 2: P2 - great start and raced hard with Lee Morgan, ending up second.
Fantastic track, and my new favourite.
Thank you to Frazer, Dean and Luke (driver coach) for a great weekend.
-

Test Day at Donnington Park - March 2020
Two weeks after my last test, we are back to Donnington Park to test the F1000 single seater again ahead of this years championship.
Made great progress through the day and modified the car setup for better lap times. At the end of the day we carried out a quailifying run on new tyres, found the extra grip dropped my lap times and i was as fast as the leading drivers last year.
Very good days testing and made a lot of progress. Can't wait for the season to start
-
First F1000 Test at Donnington Park
Great first test day at Donnington Park in the F1000 single seater. Learnt a lot during the day, and got faster in every session. Ended the day on the pace of last years leading drivers. Thank you to Frazer & Dean from the team and thank you to my sponsor Trackitnow

Silverstone - F1000 Single Seater Test - 2nd November 2019
A fantastic day, and Jack loved the power and speed of the F1000 single seater. Jack handled the very changeable weather conditions very well, and didn't spin at all, and put in very fast times. The day started wih torrential rain and rivers across the track and ended up in the last 2 sessions with a dry line.
Jack's times were very quick, and he would like to thank Frazer & Dom from F1000UK for the opportunity.
Looking forward to 2020
If you would be interested in sponsoring Jack please contact us.

Clay Pigeon - ROK Senior
Jack's first outing in the Super One ROK Senior championship on a new track he has never raced at.
Very busy weekend, Jack was the fastest on Friday and on Saturday, went in to qualifying expecting a good result, unfortunately a transponder failure, put him at the back of the grid.
Raced through in every race from the back setting fastest laps in every race.
Good results, but very frustrating as should have started on the front row.
-
Jack's first taste of a single seater 15/6/19
Jack had a great day testind the F1000 single seater, varied weather conditions made it an interesting day.. On his second run of the day he was already up to speed with the car. Each run after that got quicker and qucker as he got used to the car.
Very impressed with the car and team, faster than a Formula 4!!!
Thank you to Frazer from F1000 for the test
-

-
X30 Euro Series - Valencia, Spain 2019
After the previous weekend of testing at Chiva, Valencia for Jack to get used to the new Kart Republic Chassis, we had a some good racing.
Jack showed that all that all the progress he had made in 2018 was still there and that the change of chassis hadnt slowed him down.
A couple of frustrating heats where we were still trying to get the best from the tyres, meant that Jack did not make the A final.
Good weekend overall, and great to race the new Kart Republic chassis.
-
Move to Kart Republic
With the start of 2019, we decided to move from the Tony Kart chassis to Kart Republic.
Team Rosberg had just won the OK World Championship with this chassis
-
Champions Cup - Vendrell (Barcelona) - 29th Nov - 2nd Dec
Fantastic weekend away in Barcelona, Jack had to miss the testing on Thursday due to mock exams, but hit the ground running on Friday.
Great track and good conditions through out the weekend, a small rain shower on Friday made it fun.
A small mistake in qualifiying meant that Jack was starting down in 10th place in the final, made some great overtakes and ended up finishing 6th. Jack was catching 5th and pulled away from the 7th place driver by 3 seconds. Jack was on the pace of the leading drivers and the mistake in quail came to hurt in the final.
Overall a fantastic weekends racing and thank you to TeamMsport for all their support and Trackitnow for the sponsorship

Ginetta Scholarship - 23rd & 24th October
An amazing experience, to drive a Ginetta G40 saloon car. On day one I drove the Ginetta race car twice, carried out media presentations and took part in a fitness test. At the end of the day, I was advised that I had made it in to the finals on the next day.
Great day during the finals, driving the car more and having more media interviews. Unfortunately, I did not win the scholarship prize, but learnt a lot.
Overall, I came 2nd in the fitness test and did very well in the driving and media.
Loved racing in the Ginetta G40
-

X30 Euro Series - Castelletto, Italy
Fantatsic weekend at Casteletto in Italy. Racing was very tight in the X30 Senior class, and I was very quick though out the whole weekend.
After great results in the heats, missed out on the A final by 2 places. A great race in the B final saw me lead for half the race and in the end finish second.
Raced in the A final starting from the back, raced very well and made up lots of places to finsh 18th overall.
Keiran Crawley (Team MSport Principle) stated "what a fantastic weekend, Jack has only been racing from 18 months, and is now in the A finals on merit, Well done Jack"
Thank you to my sponsors, www.trackitnow.co.uk, and Team MSport for all their help
-
X30 Euro Series - Mariembourg - May 24th - 27th
Fantastic 4 days at Karting des Fagnes (Mariembourg) in X30 Senior. Very technical track and spent the morning on Thursday learning the track, and by the end of the day I was very quick on old tyres. On Friday we expected to go in to the top half of the grid, but I could not get the new tyres working well. Quailifying was moved to Saturday, so we worked on how to extract the speed out of the new tyres ready for quailifying, unfortunately, even though I went quicker, we could not get the tyres in the working window quick enough.
Worked hard in the heats to make places up, and did well, but had a tangle with another racer after making up 9 places that dropped me out of the B final.
Overall, very good weekend for learning, and every one was having issues with getting the new tyres to work, so I am taking away a lot of positives.
Thank you to Team MSport Karting, Danny for all is help and the new nassua panel!, Jamie for being a great mechanic, and Trackinow www.trackitnow.co.uk, for the sponsorship.
Can't wait for Wackerdorf in July!
-
Whilton Mill - April 21st & 22nd
A very busy weekend at Whilton Mill as it was the SuperOne round the following week, so all the best drivers were out. Frustrating weekend for Jack, had the speed to be at the front in every race. A few mistakes when trying to pass slower drivers cost Jack a lot of time and a couple of crashes didn't help his progress.
He put it all together and behind him in heat 4 and finished in a fantastic 3rd place.
Jack now knows that he has the speed to compete at the front of the pack.
Thank you to Kieran & Danny from Team Msport and thank you to Trackitnow for the sponsorship
-
X30 Euro Series - Salbris - March 22nd - 25th 2018
Fantastic weekend in Salbris, France - great track and racing against 88 x X30 senior racers. Learnt a lot on Thursday, and in the heats Jack was able to race with some of the fastest drivers in the X30 senior series. Good quailfying result, and very good racing in the heats. We had targetted the B final as a good result, Jack did everything the team asked of him and ended up mid pack in the B Final.
Thank you to Danny & Kieran at Team MSport karting and thank you to my sponsor Trackitnow.
-

Jack was in 7th place in the final, when his chain broke, unfortuante end to a fantastic weekend.

X30 Euro Series - Winter Cup - Valencia
First experience of the X30 Euro Series, racing with 90 other X30 Senior racers. First race in X30 Senior class, and an excellent experince.
I had worked in the simulator before the race to learn the track, which helped. I had the speed to make it in to the B final, but had a poor quailifying, as it was my first time in the Euro Series quailfying format.
Learnt a lot over the 4 days of racing, got quicker every day. Ended up in the Komet cup, and was racing in the top 6 before I was pushed off the track.
Excellent experience and thank you to Team MSport Karting and Danny, and thank you to my sponsor Trackitnow - www.trackitnow.co.uk.
