Fantastic Debut Season in Single Seaters

I finished 3rd in the F1000 Championship in 2020 out of 24 drivers.


 Snetterton 300 - 17th & 18th October

Hard weekend due to engine failure in Qualifying - still ended up 12th

Fantastic final race of the weekend, starting from last on the grid, I made up lots of

places to end up 4th at the end of the race



Oulton Park - 5th September

Fantastic weekend at an amazing circuit.

Qualified 3rd on the grid

Race 1: finished in 4th place - the top 4 were covered by less than 2 seconds and were 20 seconds away from the rest

Race 2:  Finished on the podium in 2nd place after a hard race with Lee Morgan for the lead

Also, got the fastest lap.

ABOUT

I am Jack Tomalin, aged 17, and aiming to become the next F1 star.  I have been racing X30 karts for the last couple of years, after being advised by Adrian Valles Karting (in Moraira) that I was consistently quick and beat the long standing lap record at their track by 5 tenths of a second in 2016.  I joined the Team M Sport Kart team, run by Kieran Crawley, last year and have made very good progress in the races with the team.  I am working closely with Fortec Racing and spend time in their simulator to progress my racing career.  In 2020, I moved up to single seaters in F1000 with the factory team Jedi Racing.  I finished 2nd in my first race and came third in the Championship in 2020.
